CBSE Term 1 Board Exam 2022: New instructions for filling out OMR sheets released

Exam for CBSE Term 1 The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE term 1 board examination for classes 10 and 12 is currently underway in 2022. CBSE has recently issued an official notice regarding a change in the method of responses on the OMR sheet, which will take effect on December 7, 2021.

Changes in the method of responses on OMR sheets
1. CBSE made the changes in the middle of term-1 board examination 2021-22 after considering the problems encountered by teachers and staff members who evaluate the OMR sheets.

2. In order to alleviate the concerns of both students and teachers, the CBSE has issued these new guidelines.

“It has been observed that sometimes evaluators cannot differentiate between small letters during evaluation,” according to the official notice. The evaluation of OMR is taking longer as a result.” It went on to say, “It is therefore directed that the examinations to be held from the 7th of December 2021 to the end, in the OMR options, candidates will be marked in capital A, B, C, and D as per the correct response.” This decision is being made while examinations are being conducted.”

CBSE term-1 boar exam 2022: New changes

  • Assistant Superintendents must announce that new responses must be given in capital letters A, B, C, and D, not in short letters a, b, c, and d.
  • Invigilators must ensure that all candidates respond in capital letters A, B, C, and D.

    During the examination, the observer must ensure that the candidates respond in capital A, B, C, and D by taking multiple rounds.

    The Superintendents of the Centres are directed to disseminate the above information as soon as possible.
