In the last 24 hours, the active COVID-19 caseload has decreased by 1,666 cases. The active caseload is 93,277.
The national COVID-19 recovery rate has reached 98.36%, the highest since March of last year.
The daily positivity rate is 0.64 percent, and it has been less than two percent for the last 68 days. According to the ministry, the weekly positivity rate is 0.71 percent, and it has been less than one percent for the last 27 days.
According to the ministry, the number of people who have recovered from the disease has risen to 3,41,14,331, with a case fatality rate of 1.37 percent.
Meanwhile, the total number of doses administered in the country as part of the COVID-19 vaccination drive has surpassed 131.99 crore.
