Allu Arjun, the star of ‘Pushpa,’ apologises after a fan is injured at a movie event

NEW DELHI: Tollywood star Allu Arjun issued an official statement after his fans were severely injured after a meet-and-greet event at the N-Convention Center in Madhapur, Hyderabad, was cancelled. The incident occurred after the actor’s fans were irritated by the cancellation of his photo session with them at the event. The enraged fans then caused a commotion at the venue, causing some damage to the convention centre.

When Allu Arjun learned of the incident, he took to social media to apologise to his fans. He apologised for the unfortunate incident that occurred following the ‘Pushpa’ pre-release event, assuring his fans that he would be more cautious in the future. “Today, I learned of the unfortunate incident in which one of my fans was injured at a fan meet event. My team is personally monitoring the situation and informing me of any developments. I will take extra precautions in the future to ensure that such incidents do not occur again. Your love and admiration are my most valuable assets, and I will never take them for granted “The actor’s note for ‘Pushpa’ reads as follows.

According to IANS, despite having cop permission for only 200 people, the event organisers allowed nearly 2,000 people to enter the venue. They had also promised the fans that they would be able to take part in a photo shoot. The photo session was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, which triggered the incident.

Fans were enraged by the organisers’ negligence and attempted to barge into the venue, causing some damage to the Hyderabad convention centre. The event organisers have been charged, and the police have taken control of the situation.

Meanwhile, the makers released the teaser for the much-anticipated song ‘Oo Antava’ from Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ on Monday. Samantha Ruth Prabhu appears in a bold avatar in ‘Oo Antava,’ her first-ever dance special number.
