‘Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts’: When and Where to Watch in India
Mumbai: On January 1, your favorite ‘Harry Potter’ stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson, along with other cast members and filmmakers, will gather to celebrate the iconic franchise’s 20th anniversary.
They will all appear together in a special reunion episode titled ‘Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts,’ which will be available on Amazon Prime Video in India.
The episode was created by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in collaboration with Warner Horizon and will be shown at the iconic Warner Bros. Studio Tour London—The Making of Harry Potter. Casey Patterson of Casey Patterson Entertainment (A West Wing Special to Benefit When We All Vote) and Pulse Films executive produce the special (Beastie Boys Story).
The episode’s trailer was even released a day ago by the creators. The trailer shows the cast reminiscing about the movies, as well as the Great Hall festivities. “It feels like no time has passed and a lot of time has passed,” Watson said. Radcliffe stated that what scared him was “the implication that the most meaningful thing in our lives had been done,” and that seeing everyone is “joyous” because he realizes “it wasn’t done.”
J.K. Rowling, the beloved book series’ author, was not interviewed for ‘Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts,’ which will only feature archival footage from the films.
