Never eat these food with milk

Having  milk with chocolate, nuts, spices or herbs has been the most common way of  drinking a glass of milk daily. Butt there are some food items that you should never combine with milk. They are

Banana

Banana Milk shake is known  to boost protein levels naturally, but this combination can be one of the reasons why you feel heavy, bloated throughout the day.

Fish

Fish is animal protein so having it with milk  creates an imbalance. Apart from that, fish has a heating effect which mixes with milk and creates an imbalance, which causes discomfort, bloating and can often lead to skin allergies.

Citrus fruits

Never drinking milk with sour and citrus fruits or ingredients  because the presence of vitamin C and citric acid in sour foods like orange and lemon when combined with milk can coagulate and lead to acid reflux, heartburn, upset stomach and allergies.
