Do these things to prevent ageing
Ageing is a natural process that no one can stop. Some age gracefully but some of us need some extra care to keep our skin younger looking. If we follow a good diet, sound sleep, and proper skincare routine, we will get youthful skin.
Sun Protection
A sunscreen is the best anti-ageing trick. The sun is responsible for any visible signs of ageing on your skin causing dark spots, pigmentation, or even wrinkles. So, it is always advisable to use a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 even if you are indoors or on a cloudy day to reduce any visible signs of ageing.
Sleep
Our body repairs when sleep. Skin’s blood flow increases, and reduces wrinkles and age spots while sleeping. It is highly recommended to achieve sleep for around seven to nine hours each. Poor sleep quality in people can be related to other lifestyle issues that often are related to ageing. For example: an increase in sleep or anxiety can contribute to sleep deprivation. This will gradually result in visible signs of ageing on your skin.
Healthy Eating
Food rich in antioxidants will improve the skin’s elasticity and protect skin against damage and premature ageing. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits likebell peppers, broccoli, carrots pomegranates, blueberries, avocado, etc. You may also include green tea and olive oil in your diet.
Moisturizer
It is important that you moisturize your skin regularly. When you apply moisturizer, it traps the water in your skin and keeps it hydrated and fresh thus reduce visible signs of ageing such as wrinkles or fine lines.
