Good diet

Potassium, magnesium, and fibre rich food items has impotent role in blood pressure regulation. Eat only fruits and vegetables as the fibre is eliminated from juice. For magnesium eat nuts, seeds, legumes, lean meats, and fowl. Avoid  processed and packaged foods. The less sodium you eat, the better your blood pressure regulation may be.
