How to make Blueberry smoothie within 5 minutes?

Make a quick and simple blueberry smoothie with yoghurt, banana and apple juice for busy mornings as breakfast.

Ingredients
blueberries
small banana, sliced
natural or Greek yoghurt
100ml apple juice, chilled
3-4 mint leaves (optional), plus extra to garnish

How to make it?
Put the blueberries, banana, yoghurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
