Team India’s likely playing XI for 1st T20I against Sri Lanka on Thursday

Team India will play against Sri Lanka in the 1st T20I of the three-match series in Lucknow on Thursday (February 24). Both the teams have been on the road of late and are geared up for the series-opener. The home team will be without the services of Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Suryakumar Yadav and Deepak Chahar.

While Kohli and Rishabh have been rested, Suryakumar and Chahar will miss the series due to respective injuries. On the other hand, SL will be without the services of Wanindu Hasaranga. The star all-rounder had tested positive for COVID-19 during the Australia tour and hasn’t recovered from the infection.
