WhatsApp’s multi-device feature will be available soon: Here’s how it will function for users.

WhatsApp, owned by Facebook, has been working on a slew of new features that will be available at the end of the year.

Multi-device support is one of the features, which will allow users to use their account on more than one device. This feature is intended to assist those who work from home in communicating with their coworkers.

However, no specific date for the feature’s release has been announced by the company.

WhatsApp multi-device compatibility

According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp will soon provide desktop and web beta users with multi-device support. The multi-device feature will first be available to beta users, and once thoroughly tested, the stable version will be released.

WhatsApp multi-device support will allow users to connect devices even if the primary device does not have an active internet connection. To see the most recent update, the platform must be updated to the most recent version.

WhatsApp will also allow users to connect to four devices at once, but only on phones. Users will eventually be able to connect the WhatsApp app, WhatsApp desktop, WhatsApp web, and the Facebook portal.

WABetaInfo shared a screenshot of the upcoming feature along with the following statement: “Make calls and send messages without connecting your phone.” Use WhatsApp on up to four devices at once.”
