POCO M4 Pro was launched in India last week, the same day it was introduced at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona. The smartphone will go on sale in the country for the first time on Monday afternoon. Poco is already selling the 5G variant of the phone and the new Poco M4 Pro gives a more affordable 4G option to customers. The smartphone competes with Redmi Note 11 and Narzo 50.
POCO M4 Pro India price starts at Rs 14,999 for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs 16,499 while the top-end 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs 17,999. As part of the introductory offer, consumers can avail of a flat Rs 1000 off on HDFC Bank debit and credit cards. The smartphone will be available on Flipkart starting March 7 at 12PM onwards. Poco M4 Pro features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness.
The display resolution is 2400 x 1080 and it has support for a 180Hz touch refresh rate. The smartphone packs a MediaTek Helio G96 processor and comes with liquid cooling Technology. Poco has added support for up to 3GB of extended RAM. The phone will be sold in three colour options – Poco Yellow, Power Black, and Cool Blue.
It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 at the front. This will be Poco’s very first smartphone to run MIUI out of the box. The triple rear camera setup on the Poco M4 Pro consists of a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front features a 16-megapixel sensor. The phone has a Z-axis linear motor for responsive haptic feedback, IR Blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack with Hi-Res audio certification, and an IP53 splash proof rating.
