PM Modi Set to Campaign in Kerala Ahead of LS Polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to make a significant campaign appearance in Kerala, bolstering support for the BJP-led NDA ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. Arriving in the southern town on Friday morning, Modi will address a public meeting expected to draw a crowd of approximately one lakh people. Accompanied by key party figures including K Surendran and Prakash Javadekar, Modi will rally support for NDA candidates, emphasizing their platforms and objectives for the upcoming elections. Notable attendees will include recently joined BJP member Padmaja Venugopal, further signaling the party’s strategic outreach efforts in the region.

The visit comes amidst heightened security measures, with authorities implementing a ban on drones and similar devices within a 3 km radius of the event venue. Such precautions underscore the importance of ensuring the Prime Minister’s safety during his public engagements. Additionally, the revised schedule, which includes visits to Pathanamthitta and Palakkad, underscores the BJP’s concerted efforts to mobilize support across Kerala. With Modi’s frequent appearances and strategic campaigning, the BJP aims to strengthen its presence in the state and maximize its electoral prospects in the upcoming polls.
