Thrissur Pooram: No COVID protocol this year, public to take self-precautions
In the upcoming festival, the Thrissur Pooram government has announced no covid protocol. Devaswom minister K Radhakrishnan has announced that Thrissur Pooram will be held in its all grandeur this year. There will be no COVID restrictions for the festival. With this, the minister urged the public to take necessary precautions like wearing a mask and using hand sanitiser while attending the festival.
The minister was addressing the media here on Sunday after attending an all-party meeting. Revenue minister K Rajan, minister R Bindhi, other public representatives and Devaswom members also attended the meeting. Thrissur Pooram, the famous temple festival will be celebrated on May 10.
