Kerala Style Fish Molly recipe to make your lunch special

Ingredients

Fish- 1/2 kg
Onion- 2
Green chillies- 2
Ginger- 1 tsp
Garlic- 1 tsp
Tomato- 1
Chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Curry leaves- A few
Oil -As required
Salt- As required

Preparation
Make a thick paste of chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice first. Clean the fish and marinate it with the paste.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish for 3 minutes. After that, saute onion, ginger, garlic and sliced green chillies in the same pan. Saute well. Then, add curry leaves and garam masala. Saute it for 1 minute.

Now, add coconut milk to it and let it boil. Add salt as needed. Then add the cleaned fish. Cook well. After cooking transfer to a bowl and garnish it with a tomato.
