Covid 19; Kuwait sees hike in flight bookings after the easing of restrictions

Despite the decline of Covid 19 cases Kuwait city is easing the restriction. Apart of this Kuwait sees hike in the flight bookings. The airport authority has granted travel permission for even passengers who have not been administered Covid vaccines. Reports from Travel and Tourism sectors revealed that 88 per cent of the increase are through flight ticket bookings.

High demand for tickets has been witnessed from February 20 to March 5 in connection with the National Liberation Day of Kuwait and subsequent holidays. It has been decided to double the number of airline services from and to Kuwait. Meanwhile, there has been a surge in ticket prices till March 5.
