Healthy Beetroot Juice added on your food chart!

Beetroot is considered one of the healthy vegetables, which can be used for making pickles, fries and even juice as well.

Beetroot- 1 small thorn
Apple – 2 small
Celery stalks- 2
Carrots- 1 or 2
Lemon or Lime- ½
Ginger- ½ inch

Peel and cut the washed beetroot into long pieces. Cut fresh apple, carrots, ginger and celery into long pieces. Now add all these ingredients into a mixer and blend. Squeeze the half lemon into the prepared juice and mix well. Serve them in a chilled glass and drink immediately.
