An unhealthy lifestyle and habits lead to many problems for men which affects their sexual life. Private parts shrinkage is a sexually affected problem faced by men. Some habits like not exercising, excessive smoking, and indulging in junk foods, can lead to its shrinkage. To avoid this problem men should give up these habits

1. Not doing proper exercise
