Simple Chilli garlic paratha for your breafast!

If you love to eat roti or Chapathi in your breakfast plan. Then the variety Chilli garlic paratha is one the variety dish for your taste buds.


Wheat flour – ½ cup
Butter – 1 teaspoon
Grated garlic – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – as needed
Water – 1 cup
Green chilli – ½ teaspoon

Preparation method:
Take a bowl and add butter, grated garlic, chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaves. Make sure that the butter should be stored at room temperature. Mix all ingredients well, Take another bowl and add wheat flour and salt. Add little water to this and make it a thick batter. Then add the mixture of butter and other ingredients to it and mix thoroughly. Now, heat a non-stick pan, scoop out the batter and spread it in the shape of a paratha. Flip and cook both sides. Your chilli garlic paratha is ready to serve.
