What is the Ebola virus disease? Know its warning signs and symptoms

Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) is a rare and deadly disease in people and animals. The viruses that cause EVD are located mainly in sub-Saharan Africa. People can get EVD through direct contact with an infected animal (bat or nonhuman primate) or a sick or dead person infected with the Ebola virus.

This virus can cause problems like blood clots. It is known as hemorrhagic fever virus because clotting problems can result in internal bleeding. This leads to blood leaks from small blood vessels in your body. Weakness and fatigue can also occur if you are overworked, have poor sleep, worry, boredom, or lack exercise.

Anxiety or depression can also lead to fatigue. A sore throat includes pain, scratchiness, irritation of the throat, red eyes, skin rash, and hiccups are also the symptoms of Ebola.
