World Health Day 2023 is celebrating its 75th anniversary

World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization, as well as other related organizations. In 1948, the WHO held the First World Health Assembly. This day is celebrating the 75th anniversary.

On this awareness day, everyone has to take a pledge to eat healthy food and follow a balanced diet for our
well-being. We can make certain changes in our present lifestyle

2. Have food at the proper time
3. Try to consume food as per the body’s needs
