Home made yummy vanilla cake with no eggs


Maida – one cup
Baking powder – one teaspoon
Caster sugar – quarter cup
Butter – quarter cup
Milk – one cup
Vanilla essence – one teaspoon
Vinegar – one teaspoon

How to prepare?

Take maida flour in a bowl and filter it well. Take another bowl, and add caster sugar and butter to it. Mix it well. Add maida and half a cup of milk to this and mix it well. Now, add vanilla essence, the rest of the milk and vinegar to the batter and mix it again. Pour the batter into another bowl and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. tasty vanilla cake is ready to serve!
