Tender jackfruit cutlets at the home with few ingredients

Tender jackfruit (Idichakka) – 3 cups (half-cooked and mashed)
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 spoon
Ginger – 1-inch length
Garlic – 10 cloves
Fennel seeds – 1 spoon
Chicken masala – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala – 1 spoon
Cornstarch – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Coconut oil

Method of preparation

Half-cook tender jackfruit. Mash it with some salt. Make the mixture into cutlets. Grind Kashmiri chillies, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, chicken masala, garam masala and cornflower powder into a paste. Add lemon juice and salt to this paste. Dip the cutlets in the paste and fry them in coconut oil. Add curry leaves to the oil while frying.
