Summer is coming, treat your body with dry fruits shake!

For cooling your body from the hectic sunny weather try this dry fruits shake at the home!

Ingredients
Walnuts- 2 tbsp
Kismis (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Pista (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Dry apricot- 2 tbsp
Dates- 400 gram
Badam and cashew- 150 gram
Frozen milk- 2 cups
Cold water- 1 cup
Cardamom- 1
Brown Sugar- 2 tbsp

Procedure

Soak all the dry fruits in hot water. Drain the water and keep it for cooling. Later add all the dry fruits and other ingredients into a mixer and blend it. The creamy dry fruit shake is ready.
