The actress Ann Augustine of Elsamma Enna Aankutty announces the return to the film industry

Ann Augustine, a state award-winning Malayalam actress, plans to return to the film industry in a new role. She will produce an upcoming film under the banner of Miramar Films. The actress, who made her acting debut in ‘Elsamma Enna Aankutty,’ made the announcement on her Facebook page.

On the cusp of a new journey as Miramar Films and I take our first steps into producing feature films and I return to my roots and familiar places as an actor. Starting off once again is not easy but thanks to Gods grace and to you all for being with me & showering me with love, support, prayers and blessings,” wrote Ann on her Facebook post.

Ann Augustine is the late actor Augustine’s daughter. Despite being one of Mollywood’s most popular actresses, she ended her acting career after only seven years.

Her most well-known films include ‘Arjunan Saakshi,’ ‘Ordinary,’ ‘Da Thadiya,’ and ‘Artist.’
