chickpea kebab recipe to enjoy with tea

Ingredients:

Chickpea – One cup
Garlic – 3 (sliced)
Spinach – 2 cups (boiled)
Paneer – one cup ( grated)
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
All-purpose flour – one cup
chat masala – one teaspoon
Green chilli – 6 (chopped)
Green peas – 2 tablespoon (boiled)
Salt -as per taste
Bread crumbs – one cup
Ginger – one teaspoon (chopped)
Oil -4 tablespoon

Method of preparation:

1. Soak chickpea in water for an hour.
2. After, that remove the excess water well.
3. Mix chickpea, garlic, ginger, and green chilli in a pressure cooker after adding some water. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook the mixture for three whistles.
4. Then, add spinach and green peas to this cooked mixture and blend in a mixture grinder.
5. Once this mixture gets ready, pour it into a bowl and add paneer, salt, garam masala, chat masala and half a cup of bread crumbs to it. Mix it well.
6. Take a small quantity of this mixture and roll it into balls. Flatten them as desired and make them in the perfect shape of a kebab. Now, take all-purpose flour in another bowl and make a paste by adding some water.
7. Place a pan on the stove and add oil. Dip the kebab in the maida mixture and bread crumbs. Gently slide the kebab into the hot oil. Fry on medium heat and flip both sides until it turns golden. Your spicy and crunchy kebab is ready.
