Car-lorry collision in Thrissur took 2 youth life

In a tragic incident that occurred in the early hours of Thursday, two youth lost their lives in a car and lorry collision at Nattika in Thrissur. The victims were reportedly from Malappuram. Three other passengers sustained severe injuries in the accident.

The mishap took place at around 4 am when the group of youth were returning from an excursion in Kodaikanal. The locals immediately rushed to the scene and helped the passengers out of the car. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital, while the mortal remains of the deceased were shifted to Kodungallur Taluk Hospital.
