BAFTA Awards 2020 announced

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards (BAFTA) were announced at Royal Albert Hall in London on Sunday. This year, the award ceremony was hosted by Graham Norton. Joaquin Phoenix bagged the Best Actor award for Todd Phillips’s Joker. The Best Actress award went to Renee Zellweger for the film Judy.

1917 won the Best Film award. The film was directed by Sam Mendes. The award for Best Actor In Supporting Role was bestowed on Tom Hanks for A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood and Laura Dern won Best Actress In The Supporting Role for Marriage Story.
