Tragic Suicide Follows Father’s Arrest in POCSO Case: Son Takes His Own Life
Alathur: A heartbreaking incident unfolded as a young man took his own life subsequent to his father’s apprehension in a POCSO case. Ajith (23), residing at Chelattukunnu House, was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan. The father, Swaminathan (51), had been taken into custody on charges related to a POCSO case the previous night. Ajith, who was in Ernakulam at the time, received news of his father’s arrest and returned home late that night. His body has undergone a post-mortem examination.
