CPM Announces Candidates for All 15 Lok Sabha Seats in Kerala

In a significant development, the Kerala unit of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) has officially announced its candidates for all 15 Lok Sabha seats in the state. This comes on the heels of the Communist Party of India (CPI), a key ally in the Left Democratic Front (LDF), unveiling its candidates for five seats a few days earlier. The finalization of the candidate list demonstrates the cohesion and coordination within the LDF alliance in Kerala.

The list put forth by CPM comprises four sitting Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), with Minister K Radhakrishnan being among them. The State Secretary of the party, MV Govindan, disclosed the names of the candidates during a press conference. This announcement marks the completion of the candidate lineup for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections in Kerala. The strategic allocation of seats and the joint approach of the Left parties in the state highlight their concerted efforts and unified stance as they gear up for the electoral battle.
