Stalin again; 25 lakh to the families of doctors who died during Covid duty
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Naidu has announced financial assistance to the families of doctors who lost their lives during the Covid defense operation. Stalin announced that he would pay Rs 25 lakh each to the families of doctors who lost their lives while treating Covid patients. In addition, the government has announced incentives for the covid fighters in April, May, and June.
According to an official order issued by the government, an additional Rs 30,000 will be given to doctors, Rs 20,000 to nurses, and Rs 15,000 to other health workers during these three months. In addition, Rs 20,000 each will be given to PG medical students and trainee doctors.

On Tuesday, 29,272 cases were reported in Tamil Nadu. In 24 hours, 298 people lost their lives.
