2 liters of boiled water, cooled to room temperature

Preparation

Add black raisins to hot water and let them soak for 10 minutes.

Remove the raisins from the water, dry them, and transfer them to a jar.

Crush the raisins using a wooden spatula or masher.

Wrap wheat, cinnamon, and cloves in a cloth and place them in the jar.

Add yeast to the jar.

Pour the boiled water (cooled to room temperature) into the jar.

Thoroughly mix the contents of the jar.

Close the mouth of the jar with a cloth to make it airtight.

Allow the jar to sit for 21 days.

Stir the contents of the jar each day without opening it.

After 21 days, take out the raisins and squeeze them.

Sieve the contents of the jar.

Transfer the sieved wine to a glass bottle, and it can be served after an additional 10 days.
