Sabarimala Temple Opens for Onam Rituals; Onam Sadya Continues Until the 31st

The Sabarimala temple welcomed devotees yesterday evening for the Onam rituals. Commencing today and extending till the 31st, the Onam Sadya feast will be served in the Ayyappa Sannidhi. Today’s Utrata Sadya has been designated for Melashanti.

The upcoming Thiruvona Sadya will be prepared by the Devaswom staff, followed by the police taking charge of the Onam Sadya on the 30th, and Malikappuram Melshanthi overseeing the feast on the 31st.

Elaborate arrangements have been organized to provide Onam Sadya to all devotees who arrive for darshan. The Sabarimala temple will conclude its proceedings at 10 pm on the 31st.

The temple experienced a significant influx of devotees as it opened its doors for darshan yesterday. Daily rituals including Udayastamaya Puja, Padipuja, Kalabhabhishekam, and Puspabhishekam are being observed.
