Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is one of the popular faces in the Bollywood industry and considered a bankable Bollywood star. His debut film ‘Saawariya’ was directed by ace director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and it wasn’t a hit movie but over time he became very selective about his film choices and get recognition as a great actor with movies like Rockstar, Raajneeti, Wake up sid, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani .But he has also denied a lot of blockbuster films.

Don (2006)

Don starring Shah Rukh Khan was directed by Farhan Akhtar. Shah Rukh brings charm to this character, but Shah Rukh was not the first choice of Farhan for the movie. Farhan approached Ranbir Kapoor to play the title role of Don in the movie but Ranbir was not sure to kick start his career with action roles.

Bang Bang (2014)

Bang Bang was initially offered for Ranbir Kapoor but he is very sorted about what type of films he wants to feature in. This was the reason that he turned down the movie ‘Bang Bang’ opposite Katrina Kaif. The role was then offered to handsome hunk Hritik Roshan and he nailed the character.

2 States (2014)

2 states was a big hit of 2014  featuring the fresh pair of Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The film was based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel by the same name. Ranbir Kapoor was offered to play the main character of the film but he turned down the role due to busy schedules.This film was a big hit on the box office and did an awesome
