Start each day with an empty mind

Have a proper breakfast

A simple 5-10 minute talk with your team and colleagues when you first arrive at work can be quite beneficial to everyone. This allows them to concentrate on the tasks at hand and connects everyone to the team. When you share your daily goals with others, your odds of success increase considerably.
