Pakistan deports 200 Afghan nationals

Pakistan today deported about 200 Afghan nationals, including women and children.  They reached Quetta after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan.

The Afghan nationals fled to Quetta, capital of southwestern Balochistan province, via Chaman after the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan.

They entered Pakistan from different regions and reached Chaman and stayed at a railway station for some days, but the authorities of the town did not allow them to stay there longer .

Sohailur Rehman Baloch, Quetta division commissioner, told reporters: “These Afghan families were deported because they entered Pakistan illegally,” the Pajhwok report quoted.
