The Kerala High Court will continue hearing on Dileep’s anticipatory bail plea over the conspiracy case. The argument of the defendant was completed on Thursday. The court will hear the prosecution’s arguments on Friday. Dileep’s counsel argued that the case is fabricated. Meanwhile, the HC pointed out that the prosecution holds evidence against Dileep and others over the case.
On January 9, the Crime Branch registered the case on a complaint filed by an investigating officer based on a purported audio clip of Dileep, which was aired by a TV channel, in which the actor was allegedly heard conspiring to attack the official.
