How to make crispy spicy chicken balls in home?

Chicken is one of the favourite non-veg options for many people and we can make a variety of cuisines with chicken. Chicken balls are also an easy and spicy snack we can prepare at home.

Boiled chicken – ½ kg
Boiled potato – 1
Beaten egg – 1
Maida flour – 2 tablespoon
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – As needed
Chopped green chilli – 2
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Oil – As needed

Method of preparation

Take the finely chopped boiled chicken in a bowl, and add all the masala powders, lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilli and boiled potato to it. Mix it thoroughly. Meanwhile, mix the bread crumbs, corn flour, maida, salt and pepper powder together in another bowl. Now, take the chicken mixture and roll it into small balls. Take the balls and dip them in the beaten egg and the bread crumbs. Afterwards, place a pan on the stove, pour some oil and heat it properly. Then, fry the rolls in the oil until it turns golden brown. the crispy chicken ball is ready to eat!
