Kerala HSE 2024 Results: Pass Percentage Registers at 78.69%

The Plus Two (Higher Secondary and Vocational Higher Secondary) examination results for the academic year 2023-24 were announced on Thursday. The pass rate for regular students is reported at 78.69%, with 2,94,888 out of 3,74,755 students qualifying for higher studies. This marks a decline from last year’s pass percentage of 88.95%. Notably, 39,242 students achieved A plus grades in all subjects.

General Education Minister V. Sivankutty disclosed the results, revealing pass percentages by subject:

• Science: 84.84% • Commerce: 76.11% • Humanities: 67.09%

Ernakulam emerged with the highest pass percentage, while Wayanad recorded the lowest. Malappuram district topped in A plus grades, with 105 students achieving full marks. Additionally, 63 schools achieved a full pass, including 7 government institutions.

The Supplementary Allotment Year (SAY) exam is scheduled from June 12 to June 20. The deadline for SAY improvement exam applications is May 13, while May 14 marks the last date for revaluation, photocopy, and scrutiny requests.
