Chicken Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

4 cups Mushroom

4 cups Shredded Chicken

8 tbsp Butter

2 cups Milk

6 Egg yolks

Coriander leaves, Pepper, Salt (as needed)

Preparation:

Wash and clean chicken and mushrooms thoroughly. Cut mushrooms into small pieces.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms. Add shredded chicken and water, bring to a boil.

Add egg yolks, stir well, and cook until chicken is tender.

Stir in milk, pepper, and salt. Simmer until soup thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

7 Tomatoes

1 Green chili, chopped

1 tbsp Ghee

½ tsp Powdered sugar

1 tsp Cumin

¼ tsp Black salt

½ tsp Pepper

A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)

½ tsp Ginger

3 cloves Garlic

Salt (to taste)

Coriander leaves

Preparation:

Blend tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and green chilies into a paste.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and asafoetida. Then add the blended mixture.

Cook until slightly thickened, then add black salt, pepper, powdered sugar, and salt.

Boil on low flame, garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

Mutton Soup

Ingredients:

¼ kg Mutton

2 cups Water

½ tsp Turmeric powder

½ tsp Black pepper powder

¼ tsp Cumin powder

½ tsp Garam masala

½ tsp Ginger paste

½ tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves

Preparation:

Wash mutton pieces, add to a cooker with water, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt.

Pressure cook until tender, then add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with extra pepper powder.
