Before indulging in a mango, engaging in light physical activity like walking and staying hydrated by drinking enough water can help manage blood sugar levels. Additionally, consuming water mixed with chia seeds and lemon juice or eating almonds beforehand may also aid in controlling blood sugar levels. Opting for mango varieties with a low glycemic index, such as Alphonso and Kesar, can be beneficial.

After consuming the mango, it’s advisable to avoid other high-carb, sweet foods for the remainder of the day and focus on maintaining a healthy diet. Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is crucial, and managing stress levels is essential as stress can elevate blood sugar levels.
