IND vs AUS 2nd Test Day 2; Australia 61/1 lead by 62 runs

In the ongoing test series Day 2 match India scored 262. Meanwhile, Australia is 61/1, leading by 62 runs. India’s Axar Patel scored a brilliant 74 as India managed 262/10 in their first innings in response to Australia’s 263/10.

Axar’s powerful performance also saw India recover from 139/7 as he added 114 runs with Ashwin for the eighth wicket. Ashwin was dismissed for 37 by Pat Cummins.

Meanwhile, Nathan Lyon was the standout performer from the Aussie camp, as he ran through the Indian top order earlier in the day to push the hosts on backfoot. Lyon finished the innings with five wickets.
