NIA Conducts Searches in Four Malappuram Locations

The NIA has carried out inspections in Malappuram, searching the residences of individuals associated with the Popular Front. These searches were conducted at four different addresses: Tayil Hamsa in Vengara Parampadi, Yahuti in Kalathiparam in Tirur, Hanifa in Chola in Tanur Niramaru, and Jafar in Padikaparam in Rangatoor. Simultaneous inspections were conducted at all four locations.

Earlier this month, the NIA seized the training center operated by the Popular Front in Mancheri, Malappuram. The NIA’s investigation revealed that the facility was utilized by the PFI for training activities involving weapons, physical exercises, and the handling of explosives.

Previously, the NIA had also confiscated other properties, including Malabar House, Periyarwali, Valluvanad House, Karunya Charitable Trust, and Trivandrum Education and Service Trust.
