Are you overeating potato chips, bread, bakery products and chocolate? Then be aware of this.

Are you overeating potato chips, bread, bakery products, and chocolate? The new study reports that eating processed foods can cause leaky gut syndrome, which increases the risk of kidney disease.

A study led by researchers at The University of Monish in Australia revealed that fried or processed foods contain harmful chemical compounds called Advanced Glycation End Products (ABE). It is these chemicals that give flavor to fried and frying foods. AKE is a chemical compound that causes kidney disease.

But starchy oats, boiled rice, barley, beans, and pulses such as black beans, chickpeas, and boiled potatoes can help restore gut health. These things were revealed in a study published in the journal Science Advances.

When these foods get into your gut your gut becomes food for your bacteria. Melinda Coghlan, associate professor in the Department of  Diabetes at Monash Central Clinical School, said these foods with anti-inflammatory properties can protect gut health.

Globally, 10 percent of people are suffering from kidney disease. The use of processed food sometimes leads to death. These foods also cause diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, cancer, and digestive tract diseases. Coghlan said eating more resistance and a diet rich in starch and fiber can help reduce the harmful effects of other foods.

Earlier, another research team had found that eating fast food for eight days in a row can have a serious effect on the brain. It affects the hippocampus in the brain. It is the part that controls memories and controls hunger in our brain. The study was conducted on 110 slim and healthy students.

Participants were asked to rate whether they liked sugary food or not. This rating was higher among those who ate junk food. Similarly, this group showed poor standards in the study examination in the memory test. In a statement, the researchers made it clear that junk food can lose self-control by increasing the desire to eat. Healthy young people exposed to continuous consumption of junk food for a week were found to weaken the hippocampus activity.
