Red Tomatoes: 500
Tulsi leaf: ten-leaves
Oil: 4-5 tbsp
Green cardamom: two
Cinnamon: two
Cloves: two
Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: two spoon

First cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Then put these pieces in the cooker. At the same time, make a cloth bundle between them, add basil leaf, cinnamon, long and small cardamom. Boil them on a medium flame for fifteen to twenty minutes. Put 2 to 3 whistles in it.

After one whistle, open the cooker and take out the spices of the bundle, now make a good paste of this tomato.

Churn it well and make a smooth paste and strain this paste with a strainer.

Put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil to it. Add the filtered tomato paste and cook on medium flame.

After a few seconds, add chili powder to the tomatoes and add sugar, salt to it. If you want, you can also add a little food color to it.

Keep stirring the sauce continuously. So that it does not burn down. When it becomes thick, take it out on a plate and taste it.

Then put the sauce on a plate and rotate it. If it does not spread much, then understand that the sauce is ready.

Now put it in a bottle and store it. You can eat it whenever needed.
