Make kulfi at home; easy recipe

Kulfi is everyone’s favourite. Today we have recipe of tasty banana kulfi.

Milk – 2 cups
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Banana – 2
Malai – 1/2 bowl
Cardamom – 1 small spoon
Saffron – 1 pinch
Sugar –
Cashew and Almonds


Cut the banana into pieces and beat the cream well. With this, you also grind cardamom properly and soak saffron in water and keep it aside. After this boil the milk well. When the milk boils, add the cream in it.

Then add the chopped dry fruit, cardamom powder and saffron in the milk. Cook it for some time, after that turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool down.

Turn the milk and banana into a mixer. You have to stay pistol till it becomes thin. After that take out the solution in a bowl and mix the remaining milk and condensed milk in it and beat it well.

Now put the solution in the mold of Kulfi or in small bowls and after covering it with aluminum foil, keep it in the freezer . After 3 hours, take out the kulfi from the freezer and serve it in plates.
