Complaint Filed Against Transwoman Accused of Kidnap Attempt on Toddler in Capital City

An incident involving the attempted abduction of a two-year-old girl in East Fort has been reported. The child, who is the daughter of a Mannanthala resident, was targeted yesterday evening.

Ragesh, the Station House Officer (SHO) at the Fort police station, stated that the child’s father has lodged a complaint against Geethu, a transwoman. Geethu, who experienced discomfort, is currently hospitalized and is being monitored by the police. Ragesh mentioned that Geethu will be taken into custody for questioning shortly after being discharged.
