Notably, the study revealed that while a cup of coffee contains 95 to 200 mg of caffeine, green tea, its counterpart, holds a lesser 35 mg. With this significant caffeine difference, the findings indicated that green tea emerged as the preferred choice for those looking to manage hypertension and improve heart health. Surprisingly, coffee consumption demonstrated adverse effects, particularly for individuals with high blood pressure.
