V. Sivankutty Education Minister said that prepations have been completed, to open school

Education Minister V Sivankutty said that preparations have been completed to open a school in the state. This time too, things like the entrance ceremony are taking place in the covid background. V Sivankutty explained that the education department is preparing to do everything smoothly from within the limitations.

The entrance ceremony will be held in two phases. The large participation of students and parents was ruled out as in the past because of the Covid standard.
The Chief Minister and the Minister of Education will attend the virtual entrance ceremony live at Kite Victors. There will also be children’s art events. After that, the state-level inauguration will take place at Cottonhill School at 11 a.m., the minister said. The CM may attend either in person or online.

In addition to broadcasting lessons through the Victors Channel, the main feature of this time is that online classes will be arranged in such a way that teachers and children can watch them live. The school level online class can only be implemented step by step, the minister said. The digital facilities available to students will be discussed in detail, including how to teach. This may include the decision to limit online discussion classes to tenth grade only.

A meeting of teacher unions was called to discuss the conduct of the debate class. Online classes will start on June 1. Classes will start with the necessary amendments to last year’s classes. Revision will be done first. Bridge classes in the first week and action to boost children’s confidence

The official inauguration of the text book distribution will be held at Manakkad School on the 29th at 10 am. SSLC IT practical exam omitted. The decision regarding the Plus One examination was left to the Chief Minister. Education Minister V Sivankutty said the decision would be taken within two days on the basis of reports submitted on the basis of various views. Plus Two classes will begin the second week of June

The Plus Two and VHSC exams will be held from June 1 to 9 and the SSLC exams will be held from June 7 to 25.
