BJP leader PP Mukundan passed away
Renowned former BJP General Secretary, PP Mukundan, has passed away at the age of 76 after battling cancer. He breathed his last at Kochi’s Amrita Hospital, where he had been receiving treatment for an extended period. PP Mukundan, a dedicated RSS campaigner, held a prominent role as the RSS Prathana Samparka Pramukh. His demise was confirmed at approximately 8:11.
Many BJP leaders expressed their grief over the demise of the leader who played a crucial role in Sangh Parivar politics in the state. He is deemed as a predominant strategist of the BJP in Kerala in the period 1980-1990. Party fellows view him as a person with great organisational and crisis management skills.
