U.S. Strengthens Support for Israel: Deployment and Aid Amidst Escalating Conflict
In a swift response to the escalating conflict between Israel and Hamas, President Joe Biden ordered the deployment of U.S. military assets closer to Israel as a demonstration of solidarity. The Pentagon confirmed the dispatch of the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford and its accompanying warships to the eastern Mediterranean.
